Bozeman, MT – S2 Corporation announces that the U.S. Patent office on September 4th, 2007 issued patent No. 7265712, entitled "Method and Apparatus for Processing High Time-Bandwidth Signals Using a Material with Inhomogeneously Broadened Absorption Spectrum". This patent is held by Montana State University and is licensed exclusively by S2 Corporation from Montana State University (MSU). The original provisional patent application was filed in May 2002. Inventors included Kristian D. Merkel, Zachary Cole, Krishna Rupavatharam, Tiejun Chang and William R. Babbitt (all of MSU) and Kelvin Wagner (of the University of Colorado).
