S2 Corporation has received a grant from the Montana Board of Research & Commercialization Technology (MBRCT) for the commercialization efforts on its low vibration cryocooler technology. The funds will be used to perform essential research and development on low vibration cryocooler technology so that a fully functioning hardware prototype can transition into a product as well as improve commercial off-the-shelf cryocooler efficiency so that an operating lifetime of at least three years of continuous operation may be offered to customers.
